At the menu, click down the Left-Analog stick and press Black, White, Y.
The ''Cheats'' option will appear in the menu.

Achievements
Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the number of Gamerscore points:
Serious Beginner (10 GP): Complete any level in single player.
Game Master (20 GP): Complete the game.
Serious Sam (30 GP): Complete the game in single player on serious difficulty.
I am Invincible (10 GP): Complete the game in single player without firing a single bullet or shell.
Serious Run (15 GP): Complete the game in single player by beating estimated time on each level.
Metropolis King (20 GP): Complete Metropolis level in single player on serious difficulty without loading.
Cannon Expert (5 GP): Pierce at least 10 enemies with a single cannonball.
Perfect Kill (10 GP): Kill all enemies in Karnak in single player.
Look, It's a Secret (30 GP): Find at least 50 secrets in single player.
Co-op Beginner (5 GP): Complete any level in co-op.
Co-op Hippie (10 GP): Complete The Great Pyramid in co-op with blood option set to hippie.
Serious Co-op (35 GP): Complete a co-op game on serious difficulty and extra enemy strength on 400%.

Cheat menus
While in gameplay press ~ key to activate the console. Type "cht_bEnableCheats=1" (without the quotes) to enable the first set of cheats options such as Max Health, All Guns, Level Selection, kill all enemies. After entering this command press ~ then ESC and then F1 you should now have the cheat menu. From now on at the bottom of the menu (Load,Save Options,Leaderboards...) you should be able to see Cheats F3, this is the cheats menu. Type "cht_bEnableCheats=2" (without the quotes) to enable second set of cheats options God Mode, Ghost, Invisible and Fly mode. After entering this command press ~ then ESC and then F1 you should now have the cheat menu. Create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Start the game after choosing all desired settings. Exit the game. Use a text editor to edit the "SeriousSamHD.ini" file in the "\Serious Sam HD The First Encounter\UserData" directory. Look for the line:
cht_bEnableCheats = 0;
...and change it to:cht_bEnableCheats = 1;
Load a level or start a new game. Press ~ or ^ to display the console window, then enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Enabling cheats will disable leaderboards and achievements
